• We ship across India.
• Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

• Delivery timelines:
– Metro cities: 2–4 working days
– Non-metro / remote areas: 4–7 working days

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping may apply on prepaid orders, if mentioned on the website.

• Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS or email.
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

• If a prepaid order is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, store credit will be issued after deducting ₹150 shipping charges.

• In case of a damaged or tampered package, an unboxing video is mandatory to raise a claim.
