If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.
Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.

Requests after 3 days will not be accepted.
Return / Exchange Fee

A ₹150 handling fee per order (up to 3 items) applies.

This covers reverse pickup and processing.
Refunds
-
Refunds are given as store credits only (no bank or cash refunds).

Store credits will be added to your The Iron Lady® wallet within 5–7 working days after we receive and check the product.

Store credits never expire.
Exchange Rules
You can exchange your product if:

It is unused, unworn, and unwashed
-
Tags and labels are attached
You can exchange for:

A different size, or
-
A different product (price difference, if any, must be paid)
How to Exchange

Visit the Return / Exchange page

Select the item and pay the ₹150 exchange fee
-
We’ll arrange a pickup within 48 working hours
-
After quality check, the new item is shipped within 24 working hours
If Pickup Is Not Available

You’ll need to self-ship the product

The ₹150 fee will be refunded

Our team will guide you via WhatsApp or email
Final Sale Items
-
Items bought during sales or discounts are final sale
-
These items cannot be returned or exchanged
-
Orders placed using store credits are also final sale
Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a wrong item, share clear photos (front & back)

If you receive a damaged item, an unboxing video is mandatory
-
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credits
Important Notes

Only one exchange per order is allowed

Exchanged items cannot be returned again

Store credits cannot be converted to cash

Cancel orders before shipping only
-
If an order is returned undelivered, ₹150 shipping fee will be deducted
